‘Gender Equity’ is a foundational principle for Saamuhika Shakti. The initiative works towards enabling everyone, including women, girls and other vulnerable groups to have equitable access to all the outcomes Saamuhika Shakti is working towards.
In September, Saamuhika Shakti partners participated in a Gender Dialogue organised in collaboration with PRIA (Participatory Research in Asia). The space was designed to support program leads from partner organisations to strengthen the frameworks within each of their initiatives to achieve the goals of gender equity.
